Here we go again! This time we are asking:
Is music a product?
Is it a service?
Is it both?
Is it software?
Is it hardware?
Is it an experience?
Is it neither, and is it something else entirely?
And perhaps most importantly, what are the implications of these different ways of thinking about music?
Financial implications?
Emotional?
Both?
